What HalfBack is

HalfBack is a time audit for dance studio owners, run by Entrepreneur's Edge. It helps you see where your week goes, decide what to change, and plan the hours you get back. It is a planning tool. It does not give financial, legal or tax advice.

Your account

You need an account to use HalfBack. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the information you put into it, including anything you import from your calendar.

Your data

What you enter stays yours. You are responsible for your own data: keep your own copies of anything important, and only import information you are allowed to use. The privacy policy explains what we do with it.

Fair use

Do not try to reach other people's accounts, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty

HalfBack is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your situation. The numbers it shows are estimates based on what you enter.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data that come from using HalfBack.

Ending your use

You can stop using HalfBack and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
